In this chapter, we explore the concept of relationships between two variables and examine different methods for measuring bivariate relationships. In the first section, we discuss the concept of bivariate relationship; the second section describes nominal measures of relationship; the third deals with ordinal measures of relationship; and the last section presents interval measures of relationship.
