Module 31: Anxiety and Mood Disorders
Module 31 begins the discussion of the many different psychological disorders. A brief review of the criteria for defining a disorder is detailed.
The various anxiety disorders are explained, including generalized anxiety disorder, panic disorder, phobias, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and posttraumatic stress disorder. This section concludes by discussing possible causes of anxiety disorders.
Mood disorders are also covered, including major depressive disorder and bipolar disorder, and this module concludes with an explanation of possible causes.
